Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. We ship domestically within Australia and worldwide.

Delivery Times

Our artwork takes between 10 and 12 days to complete, you will then receive an email preview from our email address (orders@charliesdrawings.com ). Once you approve the drawing we then send the artwork on whatever method you chose. Here are the times for each delivery method:

  • Email - Instant (after original 10 to 12 days) 
  • Canvas - 3 to 5 business days to arrive

Shipping Policy

Once your artwork has been approved we ship the next day (Mon to Fri), please take this into consideration with expected delivery times. The canvases will be shipped and delivered within the 3 to 5 business days, on the 5th business day if your canvas or framed print hasn't arrived please email and we can chase up if you have paid for the tracking option.

Damages to canvases and Framed prints in the post will result in us sending a replacement free of charge.
